    • Our cooperation begins with the Discussion of your ideas for the website development. You fill out the Brief Questionnaire which will help us to understand your preferences better (design, company colors etc.) and determine what solutions would be the best for you.
    • Then we analyse your requirements, make Rough estimation and Project proposal which include the following sections such as Project scope, Project timeline, Next steps etc.
    • After that, we sign the Agreement which protects both sides - our client’s and ours and which clarifies the terms and conditions of our cooperation; sign NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) if it is necessary.
    • Submitting the Initial payment according to the contract. We divide the project in a few Milestones; so whenever we reach a milestone, we send it for the client’s approval. This way the client does not have to pay a big amount altogether.
    • The next step is Design creation - we can provide either a unique design for your website or template website development.
    • Developers write the Code for the website implementing all the necessary functionality into it. We communicate with our clients at each stage of the development!
    • We Test the quality of the code. QA checks the result to see whether it has been developed and that all the necessary requirements have been taken into account.
    • The next step is the Delivery of the developed website to our client. Our main goal is to achieve the highest degree of our client’s satisfaction.
    • Once we have presented our project, the client has opportunity to request the Revisions of his website. The quantity of revisions depends on complexity of this project.
    • Bugs and Broken links will be repaired at no additional charge if reported usually 60 days of delivery.

    After provision of the technical specification and all project materials we make an estimation and agree it with client.
    If it is necessary we can prepare a short (free) or detailed (paid) technical specification (description of your tasks) for your project and despite of this you aren’t obliged to order the site development in our company. You can fill out a Brief Questionnaire to share your requirements about the website with us. Then we approve the timeline with you, define the necessity of usage Scrum/Kanban methodology, divide the project into the mailstones (sprints), have permanent email/skype/slack communication with our clients and provide text documentation for tracking the progress.

    We sign the Agreement that protects both sides - our client and us. We divide complete project in few milestones; so whenever we finish milestone; we send it for client approval.
